That damn server… and another one!

Bah. Faulty RAM it was, but… well it appears to have become faulty due to a borked PSU witch looks to have zapped the RAM and maybe the MoBo. Nice Dell techie should be replacing ws4’s MoBo and RAM later today. Fingers crossed. Rather annoyingly though ws1 is now playing up. Corruption of the swap and a blinking yellow light on the front panel. Arse. Nice man from Dell will be being asked to look at that too, which means half the farm will be off-line. Pray for low load for me? Please?

But some good news [sorry but I’ m going to mention them], phase 1 of the mail server migration went well! Woo Hoo! Closer to removing the Mac! *bounce*
