Cheating commuter!

I was on the train after work in the way to the SO’s and I spotted this bike which amused me. The pic is a little blurred, but the chainstay sticker says “Team Single Speed” and on face value it looks like single speed bike, but… the extra cables attached to the rear brake boss are for a Rohloff Speedhub which is a 14-speed internal-gear hub. Thats so cheating! Tidy.
