It’s dead Jim…

I think it is safe to say that my iBook is no more. It got a bit warm on Monday night (was on the table, but my flat was hot) and suddenly the graphics went fuzzy and messed up and the machine froze. I rebooted but got no video, so left it to cool down. Booted, nothing, rebooted, got this, http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=7872542534076002104. I can see the machine on the network, but no video (internal or external). It’s pretty standard logic board failure, but my iBook is newer than the ones covered under Apple’s logic board replacement program, so, I think its just going to have to be dead. Arse. Ho hum.
