Fort Worth, Part 1

Arrived in Fort Worth this morning. Da Boss prefers FW to Dallas so we are here. Wondered about downtown, which was dead, but at least had some character. We then drove about to find CompUSA an an AT&T shop, boss happy with purchases.

Joe T Garcia’s for lunch. It is just the best mexican food in Fort Worth (so i am told, and I’d say its the best I have ever had). The restaurant is pretty much in the middle of a shityy neighbourhood but when you go in past the tired looking exterior you find a huge (1000+ people) place with cool gardens. Heather, our waitress was also extremely cute, which always helps 😉

After lunch we went across to the Amon Carter Museum. It was excellent. Some really amazing bronze castings and some simply stunning paintings. I need to track down prints of a few!

Off to the rodeo tonight and going to see if I can hook up with a guy I know from on-line, so I’ll let you know how that goes from the club lounge of DFW airport tomorrow morning. Take it easy folks! Al

You confused quite some bit until I realized how many hours difference there is between us (e.g. The netherlands or the UK) and the states. I thought for a moment that you were trying to call Hellmonger well after midnight.

    *yawn*

Ok, of to bed with me. Maybe I can delete this and post something decent in the morning.
