Al does Dallas

Okay, so I’m now in Dallas. The drive up was kinda fun, I discovered cruise control. I also learned its legal to undertake, so driving really does become like you do it on the Playstation. Hwuhahaha.

Client meetings went well. Food at Zaza’s was spectacularly good and I rediscovered Robert Palmer (and WTF is with “Auto Volume” in the car?) and discovered valet parking. Rah.

So tonight I’m in an Embassy Suites hotel (owner known, room free…) which is nice. Big double room room, 2 TVs and a kitchenette. The wireless access is odd, I can only get it to work with Linux and once again I didn’t have to pay for it (you’d think these days they would work out how to ensure people pay).

Anyway, I have 2 TVs to watch, enjoy!
