I have spent the past 26.5 years of my life trying my hardest to avoid owning one, but today I gave in to societies pressure for a crease free shirt… I have brought an iron. *sigh*
Any old iron.

And now you need someplace to put the shirt on while you iron it, and after that …
Welcome to the new world 🙂

I was kinda going for the side board in the kitchen with a tea towel on. I’m about to try this, I may report back! 😉

A patterned (in texture) tea towel doesn’t help, thats for sure. I need an ironing board damn it! I ironed this very shirt in 2 minutes at my sisters on a board, easy. I just spent 8 minutes trying without and its still looks shite. Bugger.
I wondered why my mum made me learn how to iron a shirt and now I know. Thanks mum!

Try a normal bathing towel. If you have a shit ironing board, where the pattern of the metal comes through, this is what you’d (I’d) use.
